Proofreading your writing does not have to be an arduous process. As an editor for a football blog, the number of subpar pieces I come across a day is unbelievable.
I don’t say this to rant. More to really acknowledge what simple steps writers can take in order to save editors time and help express their message more clearly and concisely.
1. Read the piece out loud
2. Ask a friend for a critique
3. Install Grammarly
